Description

Treating heel spurs, sore heels or just aches in the heel is easier than ever with the ViscoSpot Heel Cushion. Available in two different sizes, it slips right into your shoe for exercise, work or just daily life, free from heel pain.

The pad itself uses a special three-density design that allows for varied cushioning and support in the heel. First is centre pad, a soft density that cushions the heel and redistributes force across the rest of the heel, while the middle pad works to soothe the surrounding tissue. On top of this, the outer cushion works to guide the heel to make sure each step is protected from pain.

Are these sold in a pair?

Yes. All our insoles are sold in pairs to be worn together, to ensure the foot is completely balanced.

How high is the insert?

The ViscoSpot is 8mm at it's highest point with a gentle angle, to guide and cushion the heel. This height will change depending on the size and weight of the person wearing it, and is designed not to lift so much as to support.

How is this different to the ViscoPed insoles?

The ViscoPed Insoles cover the whole sole of the foot for general sole pain and sensitivity, whereas the ViscoSpot is a heel cushion only.

Totally amazing

So I have plantar fasciitis for long time now. It really doesn't help that I'm required to be on my feet all day, in heavy steel cap boots. The days that I need to walk a lot, generally are the day that I would be in so much pain by the time I get home.

Decide to give this set a try in hope that it would help reduce the amount of pain. I tried many other brands, style before, none that work or they get destroyed very quickly. What an amazing product this ViscoSpot heel cushion is! It feels great as if I'm walking on soft padded ground. Most important of all, my heel are not screaming in pain by the end of the day! Highly recommended this to anyone might have heel pain!

Walk in comfort

I can recommend these heel cushions to anyone with plantar fasciitis. These are far superior to pharmacy heel cushions and are long lasting. Well worth the price.

Just what the Doctor ordered

I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and the GP gave me a print out with instructions for a do it yourself heel insert for my shoes or the Bauerfeind ViscoSpot Heel Cushion. As I already use Bauerfeind knee braces very successfully, I ordered the ViscoSpot and its been amazing. Played a full game of Basketball on it last Monday and use them all day at work. The pain doesn't totally go away to be honest, but you can function, whereas before I couldn't even walk. I highly recommend these! I am off to buy a couple more to stop moving my only pair (they come in pairs) between shoes!
