Measure the circumference of your leg 17 cm above the centre of your knee (A) with the knee bent at 30 degrees.
Measure the circumference of your leg 15 cm below the centre of your knee (B) with the knee bent at 30 degrees.
Select the correct size using the size chart. The GenuTrain P3 should feel snug and firm but not constrictive.

Stabilising the kneecap and alleviating pain is hard when you still want to be active. The GenuTrain P3 Knee Brace is perfect for people who want to still give their all physically without patella issues and pain holding them back. With a firm medical compression that maximises muscle output and minimises fatigue, it's ideal for sports like rugby, jiu jitsu and other martial arts as well as weightlifting.
The GenuTrain P3 relieves pain, inflammation and swelling in and around the kneecap with its targeted gel pad, while the in built medial strap acts to prevent the patella from moving out of place. With a special ITB pad to reduce tendon pull on the knee and firm compression for active movement, it's the perfect support for your kneecap woes.

The support has relived me of most of my inflammation and pain. Gives me overall leg support in regards to stability. It is not able to absolutely prevent my knee from slipping out of place and the support does slip down through out the day, but both those points are understandable. Overall the support is giving me greater ability to use my leg and a much more pain free day and night.
